Rôle et tâches du bénévole

À faire dès votre arrivée :
  • Rencontrer le chef d’équipe (responsable)
  • Demander où vous devez vous placer
  • Mettre un dossard avec bandes réfléchissantes de Moisson Laurentides
  • Enregistrer votre tirelire auprès du chef d’équipe
  • Afficher votre plus beau sourire
À faire durant votre bénévolat :
  • Encourager les automobilistes à faire un don monétaire
  • Remercier les donateurs
  • Agir avec courtoisie et respect envers les automobilistes
  • Respecter en tout temps les règles de sécurité
  • Proscrire l’utilisation de votre cellulaire
À faire à la fin de votre bloc horaire :
  • Remettre votre tirelire et/ou votre Tiptap au chef d’équipe (responsable)
  • Ranger tout le matériel (les dossards et tuques) dans la boîte
  • Aviser le chef d’équipe de votre départ
Attention !
  • Le représentant de Moisson Laurentides qui viendra chercher les denrées et tirelires, doit OBLIGATOIREMENT être identifié par un dossard et une coarde officielle. Il vous fera signer une feuille confirmant les numéros des tirelires reprises
  • Lors de la fermeture d’un point, si aucun représentant de Moisson Laurentides n’est passé, communiquez avec le 514 924-0790 et attendez les consignes
  • Il est ESSENTIEL de respecter les heures afin d’éviter qu’un représentant de Moisson Laurentides ne passe pour rien !

Impliquez-vous, votre organisation et vos collègues dans la Grande Collecte pour combattre la faim pour Moisson Laurentides et contribuez à vaincre l’insécurité alimentaire.

Rôle et tâches du chef d'équipe

À faire deux semaine avant l'événement :
  • Tous les chefs d’équipe qui auront préalablement été confirmés devront obligatoirement visionner la vidéo de formation acheminée par courriel.
À faire la journée de l'événement
  • Préparer le point de collecte et installer le matériel (cônes et affiches) pour l’heure prévue
  • Accueillir les bénévoles et leur remettre le matériel à leur arrivée (dossards et tirelires)
  • Enregistrer les tirelires et Tiptaps pour chaque bénévole.
  • Expliquer clairement aux bénévoles leur rôle, leurs responsabilités, les règles de sécurité et le fonctionnement des Tiptaps.
  • Intervenir, s’il y a lieu, concernant la sécurité, la motivation, la courtoisie et respect envers les automobilistes.
  • Participer à la collecte
  • Récupérer les dossards à la fin du bloc horaire
  • Récupérer les tirelires et les ranger à l’endroit sécuritaire choisi (ex. : coffre arrière de votre véhicule)
  • Remercier vos bénévoles
  • Venir porter le matériel selon les instructions indiquées sur le couvert de la pochette

Role & Tasks of a Volunteer

To do as soon as you arrive
  • Meet your team leader
  • Ask your team leader where to stand
  • Put on a Moisson Laurentides bib with reflective bands.
  • Register your money box with your team leader
  • Put on your most charming smile
To do during your volunteering
  • Encourage drivers to donate in money form
  • Thank donors
  • Act with courtesy and respect with drivers
  • Comply with safety regulations
  • Avoid using your mobile phone
To do at the end of your shift
  • Hand back your money box to your team leader
  • Put away the bib and tuque in the appropriate box
  • Notify your team leader when leaving
Please notice !
  • The Moisson Laurentides representative who will pick up the food products/commodities and money boxes MUST carry proper identification. You will be required to sign a sheet confirming the money boxes ID numbers.
  • At the time a collection point closes, if no Moisson Laurentides representative passed by, call 514 924-0790 and wait for directives.
  • It is CRUCIAL that you comply with allotted times to ensure the Moisson Laurentides representative does not drive to the collection point needlessly.

Involve your organization and colleagues in the Guignolée des médias and the Grande Guignolée for Moisson Laurentides and help fight food insecurity in your region.

Roles & Tasks of a Team Leader

To Do Two Weeks Before the Event:
  • Each team leader will receive confirmation prior to the event and will have to attend a one-hour training, in person or online, between November 15 and 26 2021.
To Do the Day the Event
  • Get the collection point ready and install the promotional and safety material by the scheduled time.
  • Welcome volunteers and hand them the material as soon as they arrive (bibs, money boxes)
  • Register piggy banks and Tiptaps for each volunteer.
  • Clearly explain to volunteers their role, their responsibilities, the safety rules and how Tiptaps work.
  • Intervene when and if needed regarding safety, motivation, courtesy, and respect toward drivers and/or public health standard compliance
  • Take part in the money collection aspect of the event
  • Ensure getting back the bibs at the end of a time slot
  • Also ensure taking back the money boxes and put them away somewhere safe (ex: trunk of your car)
  • Make sure to thank your volunteers
  • Bring all material back as per directives on the cover of the information package
